Yes, on every order, with no minimum basket size. The price you see against each service is the price you pay.

Same-day slots are available in most areas if you book before the 7:00 PM cut-off. If none are left for your area, the earliest slot we can honour is shown at checkout instead.

Your partner will call before arriving. You can reschedule to any later slot the same day from your orders page at no charge, or hand the order to someone else at the address.

Laundry, dry cleaning and shoe cleaning come back in 24-48 hours. Steam press can be same-day. Sofa cleaning is done at your home and takes 3-4 hours on site.

Every item is tagged and photographed at pickup, and you get a digital receipt listing exactly what we took. You can follow the order through picked up, in wash, quality check and out for delivery.

Raise it from the order page within 48 hours of delivery. Verified claims are covered up to ten times the cleaning cost of the affected item.

Silk, wool, linen and embroidered wear are sorted out of the general wash and processed with perc-free solvents. Flag anything unusual in the order notes and we will confirm before starting.

Cart totals use the quantity you entered. The final total is confirmed after our partner tags your items at pickup — if the count differs, you see the revised total before we start cleaning.

It pays for itself at roughly three orders a month. Members get up to 30% off every order, priority same-day slots and five free steam-pressed items a month.
