• Dry cleaning garments will be delivered within 120 hours.
• URGENT OR 1 DAY deliveries will incur a 100% extra charge.

Delivery Inspection:

• Customers are encouraged to thoroughly examine garments upon pickup and delivery.

Responsibility Disclaimer:

• SafaiKart is not responsible for color running, shrinkage, or damage during the cleaning process.
• We are not liable for stubborn, un-removable stains.

Risk and Liability:

• All articles are accepted at the customer's risk.
• SafaiKart holds no liability for garments not collected within 15 days from the scheduled delivery.

Loss or Damage:

• SafaiKart is not liable for loss or damage due to fire, burglary, or any other unforeseen events.

Tariff and Rates:

• Garment rates will be decided on a case-by-case basis.
• Rates mentioned are indicative and minimal.

Cleaning Methods:

• Various cleaning methods will be employed, including Wash in Emulsifier, Detergent and Softeners, Soft wash for delicate garments, and technologies like Percloroethylene, Hydro Carbon.

Social Media Presence:

• SafaiKart is digitally active on all major social media platforms.

Dispute Resolution:

• Any disputes arising are subject to the jurisdiction of Courts in CHHATTISGARH.

Image Usage:

• SafaiKart may use images of clothes for promotional purposes.

Price Variability:

• Prices may vary across stores and cities.
